Reduce Inflammation
This book is one to buy as a reference paperback to take with you grocery shopping. I have created lists in my Google Keep of preferred Anti-Inflammatory foods listed in this book so I make better choices when shopping. Don’t spend your money on foods that promote inflammation and disease. At the very least, minimize those foods in your diet.
