Diabetics heal wounds slowly. Hydrocolloid dresssings help keep the wound clean and moist which aids with healing and keeps it from getting infected. Simply cut to cover the size of the wound, peel off the back & place on skin. Stays on in shower and while swimming. They come in many different sizes, but I think cutting these into smaller sizes is most cost effective way to buy. There are more expensive brands, but I have found these work just as well.
