Use a Convection Countertop oven if baking for just a few.

I bought this oven several years ago when I calculated that just using it to make 13 inch pizzas every week instead of using the big oven would save me 2 x its cost in electricity savings in a year’s time. Since then I downsized all my cookie sheets and muffin tins to fit it. I baked a very small turkey in it last Thanksgiving in a small little roaster..but I had to make the side dishes a day ahead of time and then reheat. It’s the convection combo that really saves the energy.
